Metalworking Jig-Saw Machine

Reciprocating jig saw machine for precise making of, small flat parts, die/mold parts, EDM electrodes, slitting and more, in any machineable material. Layout is precisely followed thru an eight power (Hastings Triplet) illuminated magnifier. Uses standard 5 1/4" jewelers saw blades or diamond wire blades. Make small, multipunch, stamping dies. Make die plate and female electrode together, for a perfect punch/dieplate fit. This technique can outperform wire EDM.
